Project Manager

Job Requirements:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in the personal care industry field.

- Excellent communication skills, good at English is optional.

- Problem-solving and leadership skills.

- Project planning, risk management, time management, and other project management skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement projects

- Define tasks and required resources

Create a project schedule and timeline

Support and direct team

Negotiate and communicate with customers

Report on the project status

Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions

Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables

Evaluate and assess the result of the project

Prepare for trial production progress.

Production Manager

Job Requirements:

- Education: College or above;

- 25-45 years old;

- At least 3 years of work experience in the personal care industry field;

- Have on-site management and production quality control capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

- Problem-solving and leadership skills;

- Works closely with the leads, sub-leads, and producers in gathering information and tracking progress against approved milestones;

- Understand production progress, production arrangements, personnel allocation;

- Arrange production, and coordinate resources to ensure the completion of production tasks on time with high quality;

- Coordinate personnel and materials, machines and equipment, manage production sites reasonably, and improve production efficiency;

- Responsible for the internal process system of the department, optimizing, manufacturing, and implementing management requirements;

- Responsible for decomposing departmental goals and taking measures to improve performance.
